DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours, subject to availability. Orders received before 12p.m. are usually sent out the same day. However, we cannot guarantee this. We might be ill or on the beach. If you need something in a desperate hurry email us at cardome@gmail.com we`ll do our best to help. We try to despatch your goods as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee their prompt arrival. Any problems please contact us.
UK delivery is free on all orders over £10.00 . Otherwise £1.00
All goods are sent by 1st class mail from Brighton. Please see http://www.royalmail.com for full delivery details.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: Carriage is charged at GBP 5.00 per order for orders under £30 and £7.50 per order for orders over £30. For full details of delivery service to your destination please see http://www.royalmail.com
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have amended your order and notified you that we are refunding part of your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our terms and conditions.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with any part of your order, we can either exchange or refund the items, providing we receive it back within 10 working days of delivery. Goods are returned at your own cost. We advise returning goods by registered post, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us. Faulty items will be refunded in full including all postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
TRANSACTIONS
All debit, credit and charge card transactions are processed by ProTX a secure server part of Lloyds TSB Bank. Their systems also have inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide you with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
